• Order and delivery data: name, email, phone, delivery address, country and order contents.

• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited metadata only — we never receive or store your full card number.

We keep order and tax records as required by law, and keep lead and enquiry data for no longer than 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
