How do the move-in kits work?+
Each kit is a curated set of whitelabel homeware bundled for a specific layout and moving stage. You get everything in the listed contents in one order, priced in USD.
Which currency are prices in?+
All prices, your cart and checkout are in US dollars (USD). Any customs or import duties for cross-border orders are the recipient's responsibility.
How much is shipping?+
Standard shipping is $12, and it's free on orders over $60. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping & Delivery policy for details.
Can I return a kit?+
Yes — unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Some hygiene items (like opened towels) are excepted. Full terms are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Are the products safe for children?+
Compression bags, small parts and plastic fittings are a choking hazard and must be kept away from children under 3. Food-contact items are food-grade. See Product Safety for the full guidance.
How does membership work?+
Membership is a pure subscription of benefits — member pricing, shipping perks and seasonal guides. There are no points, no stored value and no credits, and each period's perks don't carry over.
How is my payment handled?+
Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure hosted checkout. Taura never sees or stores your full card number.
