The store may not be used by anyone under 13. Customers aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian's consent to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet these requirements.

We sell whitelabel homeware — storage, bedding, soft furnishing and homeware bundled as move-in kits. Product images may vary slightly in color due to your display, and sizes are approximate within reasonable tolerance. All prints are solid colors or original geometry and carry no third-party intellectual property.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include applicable item pricing shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; Taura does not store your full card number. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel orders for stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud or delivery limitations, and will refund any payment taken.

Membership is a pure subscription of service benefits with no points, stored value or credits. Paid tiers renew automatically until cancelled; benefits apply within each period and do not carry over. Manage or cancel through the customer portal. See the Refund Policy.

Delivery, returns and product safety are governed by our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Product Safety policies, which form part of these terms.

You agree to use the store lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not resell our products as brand-authorised, or claim uses we do not state (for example medical or fire-retardant properties).

We provide the store with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
