Returns & Refunds

We want your new place to feel right. If something isn't, here's how returns and refunds work.
1. 30-day returns
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Textiles must be unwashed and unopened.
2. Hygiene and safety exceptions
For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened — for example opened bath towels and other personal-hygiene textiles. Vacuum bags and food-contact items must be returned unused and sealed. These exceptions will be noted on the product where they apply.
3. Return shipping costs
If the return is due to our error or a faulty item, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Original outbound shipping (where charged) is non-refundable except for faulty or incorrect items.
4. How refunds are issued
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds are processed via Stripe's standard refunds flow; your bank may take a few business days to post it. Statement descriptor: TAURA HOME.
5. Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.
6. Membership refunds
Membership is billed per period. You can cancel anytime and keep benefits until the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate part-period refunds except where required by law.
7. How to start a return
Email support@taupargre.shop with your order number. Disputes and chargebacks are handled in line with Stripe's dispute process. Free shipping applies to orders over $60.
